StockCrowd IN becomes Cresor and renews its brand identity

StockCrowd IN has announced its transformation into Cresor, a new brand with which it begins a phase of renewing its corporate identity. The company has informed its users of the change by email, explaining that the new name and image aim to better reflect where it is heading.

"We've been building something for months. Today we're showing it to you and we want you to be part of it," the company says in the announcement. The launch introduces a visual identity centred on the name Cresor, accompanied by the word investment, on a dark green background.

The company emphasises continuity. According to the statement, the people who make up the team remain the same and its approach to selecting projects is unchanged. It also states that users' account information remains exactly as before.

The platform also retains its authorisation as a crowdfunding service provider. The register of Spain's National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) lists StockCrowd Platform, S.L. under number 19, registered since 15 December 2023. The Cresor website continues to identify this company as the entity operating under the trade name.

The new identity is already live at cresor.com/es, where the platform presents its real estate crowdfunding offering, with access to opportunities from €250. The portal allows users to browse projects and access the investor area to track their portfolio.

The change extends to communication channels. The company has said its next emails will be sent from comunicacion@cresor.com, while info@cresor.com is listed as the contact address.

The company will also debut its new brand at The District 2026, held from 22 to 24 September at IFEMA Madrid, where it will be at stand 6B100. According to the company, its CEO, Mireia Badia, will speak at the Discovery Theatre by Barcelona Catalonia on Wednesday 23 at 12:15. During these days, Cresor will discuss real estate investment, alternative finance and its upcoming projects.

This transition will also be reflected soon in the Realty Investor app, where users will see StockCrowd IN's name and visual identity become Cresor's. The update will make it possible to identify the platform by its new brand within the application.
