Realty Investor Editorial Team

We cover real estate crowdfunding in Europe: the projects that open on the platforms, how their funding rounds close, and the property market data that affects them.

What we publish

Our sources

Project news is based on the official documentation published by each platform: the project fact sheet, the key investment information sheet and the closing figures the platform makes public. Market news is based on official statistics and reports (INE, Bank of Spain, ECB, notaries and land registrars) and on studies by recognised firms in the sector, always cited in the article.

How we write

Every article is written from scratch: we do not copy the platform's text. We report only the facts that appear in the sources, and where the documentation contains inconsistencies we point them out. Articles are prepared with the help of automated tools, including artificial intelligence, working from the sources above.

We follow the rules on marketing communications for crowdfunding (Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 and CNMV Circular 2/2020): no promises of returns, any estimated return is presented as such and as not guaranteed, and every project article includes the risk warning and the four-day reflection period for non-sophisticated investors.

Independence and disclosure

Realty Investor is not a crowdfunding service provider and does not provide investment advice; investments are made directly on each authorised platform. Realty Investor does not charge you anything. It receives a commission from the platforms on the investments made with them by users who arrive from Realty Investor. Our articles are informative and are not a recommendation to invest in any project or platform.
